Did you know we have been running retreats at Zen2yoga since 2019?
Yoga retreats offer you the opportunity to extend your practice without the distractions of day to day life. Our yoga retreats offer a short temporary break from daily routine, allowing you to relax while someone else cooks & cleans, where you get up and practice some yoga, practice some meditation, where chill out in beautiful surroundings and where time is your own.
How idyllic does that sound?
Our retreats are run for you and we treat everyone as a guest in our house. It is your time, your space. Although we have a plan for the time, time is fluid and we are happy to set things to your needs..
We have always tried keep costs as low as possible and at prices starting at £500 for Friday – Monday retreats, in luxury surroundings, with all meals, soft drinks, teas & coffees as well as snacks included, you won’t find a better deal.
Your Retreat teachers are of the highly qualified and very knowledgeable, and will help you through the practices.
