I started in fitness in 2014 as an eager participant attending Body Pump with Chris & Nabila. I chose a career in Fitness and attended Glasgow College where I Graduated with an HND in Exercise & Fitness as well as qualifying as a Personal Trainer Since completing my course, I have been working at Xcite & Zen2yoga delivering Group Fitness
As a PT, I have worked with a number of clients helping them to further develop their fitness and loose weight.
