How to Book your class?

To Book a class you will need to set-up your Mywellness Account. If you do not have one, go to www.mywellness.com/zen2yoga
Once you have set this up, please download the Mywellness App from Apple or Android store. You can then sign in and book classes within the App.
If you already have a Mywellness Account, please let us know and we will add your to our system.

About booking your class
All classes are inclusive of all equipment, so you don’t need to bring your own mat, block or strap. Meditation Cushions and Bolsters will also be available for use during classes. There are no hidden charges and tea, coffee & water will be available after class on request.

Please arrive at the studio 15 mins prior to the class.

All classes need to be booked through Mywellness App to ensure your space and must be paid at time of booking. Some spaces may be available on a drop-in basis.

There is ample parking and cycle racks available. Please ensure you arrive on time for your class as you will not be allowed in once the class is underway.

We understand that circumstances can change and that sometimes you cannot make a booked session. Please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the class at yoga@zen2.co.uk if you need to cancel and there will be no charge and a credit will be given if it is a paid session. If you cancel within 2 hours of the class starting you may be charged for the class.

For Livestream Classes
When the Class is about to start we will set it up and you will get a notification through the App. You can then follow the class on your phone or tablet, you can mirror it to a smart tv or you can follow it on a Laptop or PC. To follow on Laptop or PC simply follow the instructions on the App, an email will be sent and you simply open the class through the email on your PC or Laptop.

Yoga Basics! 45 minutes of yoga aimed at those of you who are new or retuning to yoga!

physical and spiritual disciplines bringing calmness and clarity to the the mind

Tuesday Morning – 9:30-10:30am
Yin Yoga! This yin style practice is designed to be both relaxing & challenging using simple asanas, in both passive & active ways.

Tuesday Lunchtime – 12 – 12:45pm
Zen2spin! 45 mins of fun packed high energy cycling to more ‘banging tunes’!

Tuesday Evening – 6 – 6:45pm
BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Wednesday Lunchtime – 12-12:45pm
New time for Body Pump! This class will use retro Pump releases to strengthen & tone your body helping you find the toned muscular look.

Wednesday Morning – 9:30 – 10:30am
Yoga to align your Chakras!
Using sound bowls as a relaxing backdrop we will discover the asanas the help align our 8
primary chakras.

Yoga with Myofascial Release for shoulders! The practice uses various rollers, balls & ‘peanuts’ to help relieve the body from tightness leading to deeper relaxation.

Bringing Balance: This challenging yoga practice will encourage you to face your fears through various balancing & inverted postures.
